In connection with the share buy-back declaration made during the share issues in 2020 and 2021:
(a) Investors who wish to sell their shares:
Please contact us by email at inwestor@centoro.com, no later than between 14 April 2023 and 14 May 2023, specifying the number of shares to be sold. Once the Company has received your application, you will receive an email confirmation together with the accepted terms. A share buy-back offer will be presented by 30 June 2023.
(b) Investors who wish to remain shareholders:
There is no need to take any further action.
At the same time, a statement has been issued for investors remaining on the shareholder register, announcing the extension of the share buy-back option until 30 June 2026. Notwithstanding the above deadline, the Company, together with its majority shareholder, will endeavour to assist Investors in trading the shares until 2026.
